Let's draw a map of 8chan, one country board at the time. I'm still not sure if the countries should be drawn according to their PPH or number of posts, or if the map should be fantasy themed (with kingdoms and weird areas) or look "modern" (with countries and unions), but let's see how it goes.

Land ho! The fabled /c/omfy Isle has surfaced from the seas! But what's this? A lonely soul stranded on the soft sands of its glade-flanked shores. Will he ever find friendly neighbors in these wide open waters?

>>994 >>2210 I like this idea. Moai shamelessly borrowed from Atlantis no Nazo.
>>2216 /s/ rises from the waves, with a mighty book on the mountaintop containing only placeholder text. Anons must replace the text with their own creations to unlock the treasure hidden within the mountain: Friendshi- lol jk it's the ability to write gud

I hope we end up with a comfy archipelago when all is said and done.

>>2219 First thing my mind went to. >>2220 I wonder if the islands will all end up forming one big ouroboros loop?
>>2229 Is that from Phantom Hourglass? Sweet.
Ciao bellissimi, a warm and heterosexual hug from /ita/(s, depends on the bunker)

(1.02 MB 3840x2160 Vermit Islands Update.png)

The Vermin archipelago consists of the larger Viridya Island and the two smaller islands of Revved and Movbet. On Viridya Island are the towns of Vermit and Haggar, which despite being founded by the same settlers have diverged culturally over time. North of Haggar are the village of Sevruga, an autonomous community older than any other settlement in the area, and Avgas Lake, which is said to be haunted by strange creatures. The twin islands of Revved and Movbet are home to two villages with the same names, founded decades ago as a result of internal conflicts in the Vermit government that culminated in the exodus of part of the population to neighboring islands. Revved and Movbet are autonomous and independent areas of Vermit and the other, and although there are some tensions between the two communities and Vermit and Haggar, things have remained peaceful until now.
>>2286 That's excellent anon.
(50.65 KB 557x605 gondola nice.png)

>>2286 Very nice work.
>>2296 >>2298 Hey, thank you. I can't draw for shit, so I compensated it with lore based on the recent history and drama that happened on the vidya boards.
>>2301 Topological stuff like maps and towns are really fun to sketch up and put together. You don't really need too much detail or information because it allows for the imagination to fill in the rest.

afternoon lads. Greetings from your friends at /brit/ I've added the /brit/ish Isles for your consideration. We've got a large manatee wildlife reserve and a population of elephant seals, and what holiday resort would be complete without a pier and a coastal narrow gauge steam railway? The treacherous rocks around our island is to represent the fact we are still in "super sekret" mode but don't tell anyone Splendid Isolation
>>2305 >not putting a jpeg of the actual british isles Disgusting
>>2305 Holy cow anon your addition gave me quite a start. I was working on an island in the exact same place and in the exact same shape. That was a most disconcerting. Comfy island by the way.
>>2310 its one of our many colonies of course >>2312 hive mind lad. its the comfy collective consciousness >>2312

''Veeaichess Atoll, a series of vegetation covered coral islets in a lagoon formed by the remnants of a long extinct volcano. A sheer, flat sided volcanic sea stack called Overlook Rock rises out of the sea to the south east of Monkey Beach. Supposedly uninhabited (other than its endemic simian population) once every 7 days, when tide is the lowest, strange lights may be seen and mysterious chanting may be heard under the cloak of night and into the wee hours of the morning.''
>>2310 I actually feel kind of bad about just freehanding a drawing of Easter Island for /tikilounge/ after everyone else ended up putting so much creativity into drawing their islands.
>>2323 Pretty cool way to reference the movie nights. >>2339 It's alright. It fits well with the tiki aesthetic of the board.
>>2339 Nah, it fits the look and aesthetic fine. That does make me wonder if any newer islands will incorporate other ones into them or make any minor alterations.
(129.04 KB 1600x700 Palau_header_WIDE_2.jpg)

>>2341 I based it on a collection of little islands in Palau's lagoon. I've always thought it was a really pretty setting.
(1.72 MB 3840x2160 map.jpg)

An anon on /v/ was kind enough to continue the archipelago.
(2.77 MB 3840x2160 map.png)

>>3329 I tried to make it shaped like a middle finger and bristling with canons.
>>3330 >not shaped like a bullet or missile Sasuga /k/.
>>3331 Shit I didn't think of that

>>3330 >>3335 Thanks frens.
